About the event
Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and picnics for a free, family-friendly outdoor concert on the lawn in the block adjacent to the Illinois Governor's Mansion.
Mark your calendars for June 15th when the funky brass of the Saint Boogie Brass Band takes the stage. Blending genres like hip-hop, pop, rock, jazz, blues, and funk, they'll create a party-like atmosphere that will have you on your feet and dancing in your seats.
The Black Ensemble will open tonight's show.
Tonight's concert is the first of four days celebrating Juneteenth and is brought to you in part by Alderman Shawn Gregory.
